Exclusive Service

First floor includes a reception area with seating for breakfast and morning coffee. Inside, a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, that opens up into a bar/lounge area, with comfortable seating, a 42-inch TV and a full service bar which is open all day and evenings for breakfast, afternoon tea and tapas, drinks, snacks and sandwiches for hotel residents and their guests.

The hotel offers a breakfast buffet and a la carte menu with overnight stay, and open buffet brunch on weekends for residents and guests.

The hotel and all its floors are handicap accessible with the inclusion of an elevator, in addition to the stairs.

The second and third floors offer 10 fully furnished and beautifully decorated bedrooms for double and single occupancy in 8 Deluxe Queen and 2 Deluxe Twin accommodations. The rooms are decorated to reflect the theme of the Hotel - Lavender - with added luxurious, down-filled bedding, Oriental rugs, 38 inch TVs, coffee and tea station, mini bar, safe, internet connection, air-conditioning, and full amenity bathrooms.

A conference room on the fourth floor is designed to accommodate up to 20 persons for meetings and workshops. It is fully equipped with a large screen smart TV for presentations, a large conference table with internet connection, power stations, and other facilitating amenities. The room has a coffee and tea station, a bathroom and is surrounded by a wall of windows on two sides, with easy access to a beautiful terrace with outdoor seating that overlooks the sights of Ramallah.

The terrace is separately accessible and generally open to all hotel guests, for viewing and relaxation.

Ellen’s Tea Garden: Tables and chairs are set between flowers and bushes to create a shady spot for afternoon tea as well as drinks and tapas into the evening.
